What we collect

When you send an enquiry we store your name, your mobile number, the items you chose and anything you typed in the note field. If your order goes ahead, we also store the delivery address you give us on WhatsApp.

Why we need it

To contact you about your order, confirm what you want, arrange delivery and answer questions afterwards. We ask for your explicit consent before we contact you, and that consent is the only reason we message you.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your details. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to. We do not take payment on this website, so we never hold card details — and we will never ask you for a card number, CVV or OTP.

Your tracking link

Your tracking link contains a long random token. It is not listed in search engines, and it shows only your order's progress, a masked version of your mobile number and no address. Anyone you share the link with can see that page, so share it only with people you trust. If you think a link has been seen by someone it should not have been, message us and we will issue a new one.

Who can see your details

The Koshini family members who process orders, and the courier we hand your parcel to. Our website and order records run on third-party hosting and database services acting on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that never turn into orders are archived automatically after about two weeks. Completed orders are kept as business records so we can help you with them later.

Your choices

Ask us to correct or delete your details at any time — message us on WhatsApp or use the contact page and we will confirm what we have done. Our support line is +918320250395.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your enquiry list is stored in your own browser so it survives a refresh; clearing your browser data clears it.
