An enquiry is not yet an order

Sending an enquiry from this website is an invitation for us to contact you. A contract is formed only when Koshini confirms your order on WhatsApp or by phone, including the items, the delivery charge and the final total. Until then either side can walk away with nothing owed.

Prices and availability

Prices include all applicable taxes. Prices and availability can change between the moment you add something to your enquiry and the moment we confirm it — we will always tell you before confirming. Obvious pricing errors do not oblige us to sell at that price.

Product information

We describe dimensions, materials and contents as accurately as we can, in text as well as in photographs. Colours can look different between screens. If fit matters, ask us before ordering.

Using this website

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit automated enquiries, or use tracking links that were not issued to you. We rate-limit enquiries to protect our small order inbox.

Your responsibilities

Give us a mobile number you can be reached on and an address that can receive a courier delivery. Tell us promptly if either changes before dispatch.

Cancellations, returns and delivery
